Since it was founded in 2002, AquaEcology has been involved in numerous projects. In this context, biological, physical and chemical analyzes as well as a large number of data evaluations were carried out and expert reports were drawn up. We have also been involved in the creation of biological and chemical assessment systems. The list of references of our commissioned work below gives you an overview of the most important work carried out to date. At the customer’s request, we will of course treat some projects discreetly and have not listed them accordingly.

Quality assurance

For quality assurance, AquaEcology regularly takes part in round robin tests, intercalibration measurements and taxonomic workshops. In addition, the institute has already started to be accredited for biological and chemical analysis according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. AquaEcology cooperates with the ‘Biology’ sub-working group of the quality assurance department of the Federal Environment Agency and also carries out round robin tests itself.
